Waits Valve high quality Forged Steel Welded Globe Valve‌‌ is made of high-quality steel, such as carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel, through a forging process. This process makes the metal structure denser, greatly improving the strength and toughness of the valve, enabling it to withstand extreme pressures and temperatures.

Forged Steel Welded Globe Valve‌‌ is an external threaded yoke type (OS and Y) with a lifting stem and lifting handwheel. These valves are available with either bolted or welded bonnets and in full or standard bore options.

Customer Suggestions

1. When you get the Forged Steel Welded Globe Valve, please follow the flow direction arrow and avoid reverse installation. Clean both ends of the pipe and use TIG welding to prevent seal damage.

2. Always remember to open/close slowly, and do not over-tighten when fully open or closed.

3. When you are not using it for flow control, remember to close it and avoid frequent operation.

4. Check for leaks regularly and replace the packing if necessary. For more details, please contact us and we will teach you!

5. Clean once a year and lubricate the valve stem and bearings with heat-resistant grease. Repair or replace worn sealing surfaces.
